Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United Kingdom.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), then delivered in 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday) — 6–12 business days in total. Orders placed before 6:00 PM UK time (GMT, or BST in summer – Europe/London) on a business day start processing the same day.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number. You can also use our Track your order page.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed items with their tags, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery — for a change of mind or a faulty item. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay and send a replacement or a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason — see the cancellation section of our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You can exchange an item for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery, if it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags and original packaging. If it is faulty, damaged or wrong, the exchange is free and we send a prepaid return label. If you changed your mind, you pay the postage back and we ship the replacement free. If your size or colour is out of stock, we refund you instead.
When will I get my refund?
Within 10 days of approving your return, to your original payment method. If more than 15 days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

Which payment methods do you accept?
American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
In which currency are prices shown?
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
