Return & Refund Policy

Return window

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return, whether you changed your mind or the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. This is in addition to your legal 14-day right to cancel (see below) and does not affect your other statutory rights.

Condition of returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, unwashed, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

How to return

  1. Contact us first at info@kyjafashions.com or through our contact form with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. We'll confirm your return and email you the return address and instructions, together with a prepaid return label if the item is faulty, damaged or wrong.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them back by post. We recommend a tracked service. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs

  • Changed your mind / not satisfied: you pay the return postage.
  • Faulty, damaged or wrong item: return shipping is free — we send you a prepaid return label, then a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, with photos if possible.
  • No restocking fee: we never charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags and in its original packaging. To request an exchange, email info@kyjafashions.com with your order number and the size or colour you would like.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the exchange is free: we send you a prepaid return label and ship the replacement at no cost. If you simply changed your mind, you pay the postage to send the item back and we ship the replacement free of charge. If the size or colour you want is out of stock, we refund you instead.

Refunds

We will let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is made to your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kyjafashions.com.

Your legal right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods. To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days end — by email to info@kyjafashions.com, through our contact form, or with the model cancellation form below. Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us. We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being told you are cancelling; we may wait until we receive the goods back or you send proof of return, whichever is first. If you cancel, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You may try items on as you would in a shop; if goods are handled beyond what is necessary to check them, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value this caused.
