Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 6:00 PM UK time (GMT, or BST in summer – Europe/London) on a business day start processing the same day. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery (transit) time

After dispatch, delivery takes 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday), so 6–12 business days in total. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking number. See Track your order.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the delivery time above, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
