2. Products and prices

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred. In that case we refund you in full.

4. Payment

5. Shipping

We deliver to the United Kingdom. Delivery terms and times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and your statutory rights

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable consumer law, including your 14-day right to cancel described in our Return & Refund Policy.

All content on this website, including the KYJA Fashions name, logo, text and images, belongs to MAXROC LTD and may not be used without our permission.

9. Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that are caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the UK where you live.
